Inner Growth Word of the Day: Infallible
Merriam-Webster Dictionary definition: (adj.) 1. incapable of error. 2. not liable to mislead, deceive, or disappoint.
Infallible in a sentence: The decision of something or someone being infallible depends on the person you ask.
Infallible in action: When something or someone is perfect; that is infallible.
Infallible and inner growth: A look at what you consider infallible pursues inner growth as you uncover what that means to you from the core and how it affects your life.
Infallible and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: What do I consider infallible? How has something infallible affected my life? Do I consider any one person infallible? If so, who? When did I first think about something as infallible? How have I experienced the infallible in life? When I hear the word infallible what comes to mind? How has something infallible affected me? What traits do I have that I consider infallible?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with infallible at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. Now think of a past, present and future situation where infallible is a part of each. Write about all three using the words from your list and pay attention to what details and emotions stand out the most.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about the infallible and notice what the first emotion to arise is (is it warm and fuzzy, cold and tightening) and where it seems to go. As you focus, pay attention to the thoughts that arise, as well as the way this feeling flows and if it settles in certain places, contemplate it for a bit and then release it as if it were water you were pouring down a stream.
