Merriam-Webster Dictionary definition: (adj.) showing or promising no abatement of severity, intensity, strength, or pace.
Relentless in a sentence: To be relentless in the things you do stems from the desire to do those things that you feel are a part of you.
Relentless in action: When you put in consistent effort and action into things, that is relentless.
Relentless and inner growth: Bringing your attention to the things you are relentless with allows inner growth as you become fully aware of those things that call to you.
Relentless and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: What does relentless mean to me? How am I relentless? In what things am I relentless? What are some key takeaways from my being relentless in life? How has my relentless nature affected my relationships? What have I achieved thanks to being relentless? Why is being relentless a part of my life? When did I first think about being relentless in something?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with relentless at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. Now think of one of the things you are most relentless in life and write about it using the words from your list.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about being relentless in life and allow your emotions to flow while you sit in silence. With a quiet mind, hone in on your feelings paying close attention to the sensations and the flow of them. Once you’re clear on those feelings allow thoughts to come in, paying close attention to the exact thoughts that pop into your mind.
