Hope and inner growth action steps:

  1. In-depth self-exploration questions: What do I think about hope? Do I have hope?  Have I ever given up on hope?  What’s my definition of hope?  How would my life be without hope?  Why do some people hope more than others?  Can hope be a bad thing?

  1. List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with hope at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. Now use up to five words to describe what hope is to you.  With the words from both lists, write out a story of something you hoped for that came true.

  1. Bring your awareness to your feelings about hope and allow them to take place in every inch of your body. As thoughts cross your mind make note of these things that fill your heart with hopefulness and have them there for you to give you strength on those tough days.
