System in a sentence: Systems are one way for groups of people to function together or what individuals use in order to have guidance in different aspects of life.
System in action: Deciding on your day to day routine is just as much a system, as is the eight to five work day.
System and inner growth: It is thanks to a system that each of us can question something opposite of it and therefore ponder inner growth related to those things we don’t resonate with.
System and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: How do I feel about systems? Why do I feel this way? Are there some systems I like more than others? If so, what do I prefer when comparing them? Do I think there could be a life without systems? When I think of system what’s the first thing that comes to mind? Do I think any system can be perfect? Do I judge systems as good or bad or something else? When and how do I use systems?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with system at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. Now write down two things that you do because of a system and how that makes you feel. Next write two systems you’ve created that work to organize your life. Lastly, write a short story that has no system at all present in it based on your idea of system.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about system and as you allow these to flow, pay attention to what types of systems you’re thinking about and how your feelings change depending on each type of system.
