Inner Growth Thought of the Day: The Power To Believe In Your Dreams
No one can believe in your (heart-felt, purpose driven, personal or practical, etc.) dreams the way you can. How to put it, some may try, and they may come close; but it’s only if you believe in your dreams from within, from the depths of your being, that you’ll have the power, stamina, and unending belief to purse them until they are brought forth into your life “for real”.
An inner growth journey enables you to know this truth from the heart because it gets you to implement that inner exploration and learning mindset that allows you to see “challenges” for what they really are: life learning opportunities (not limits, or difficulties, or obstacles that drain you). Thanks to every external input (from every or any comment of failure by someone or wishful thinking comments) becoming a way for you to learn and gain knowledge, your power to believe in your dreams is “activated” and set to a never-ending growth mode.
Here are some ways to apply inner growth to bring forth the power you hold within to believe in your dreams and pursue them till the end (and also become an inspiration to others to do the same).
- Make a list of all the heart-felt dreams you hold and pick one of them at a time to focus on or if you prefer, simply keep an eye out for all of them with a focus/look out for the challenges that come forth in each. Any challenge you encounter you want to take some time to write down three things you can learn from it, how it’s helping you take ownership of your choices consciously in regard to your dream(s), and what next steps you can take to work with the external while pursuing your dream(s).
- Every end of the year look back to one of the biggest challenges you faced for a dream you’re pursuing and describe how inner growth helped you find the inner power you hold toward your dream by uncovering and resolving a hidden fear or limit that was holding you back.
- Any time you’re brought to doubt or question your dreams due to someone or something, take five minutes to write about how that makes you feel. Pay close attention to those feelings that drain you as your lessons are there. Bring forth at least two to three inner exploration questions and answers that get you to transform the draining feelings.
Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
