Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Bringing Your Attention To The Weight And The Rush To Transform It
When you bring your attention to those feelings of weight and/or rush in the moment through inner growth it is beneficial because it brings you to understand what’s going on within (in your inner core) along with the “happenings” outside of you, the external (projects, groups, life situations, etc.).
As you focus on the learning, releasing, and transforming aspects that come with inner growth in situations where weight and rush are a part of the moment, you gain knowledge of you (your inner core) and a sense of lightness to the situation, as well as calm. These inner contemplations and awareness in the moment allow you to appreciate every moment and transform the weight and rush time and time again.
Here are some ways to transform weight and rush in the moment through your inner growth journey.
- When you notice you feel weighed down by something take some time to set up a relaxing environment and turn within to completely understand the nature of this weight. Write out a list of words that come to mind in this moment of exploration, then next to each word put a word that brings in lightness and removes the weight feeling.
- As soon as you notice you’re rushing through something, focus on three things of the moment that you want to appreciate and that can bring you to slow down from within (feeling wise, from your heart and inner core).
- At the end of each year write about one of the most important inner growth lessons you gained from paying attention to the weight and the rush feelings you get and working to transform them.
