Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Making The Best Of Change & The New Through Inner Growth

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Making the best of change and the new is quite the exciting journey when you work through them and explore them with inner growth in mind; applying that learning mindset that gets you to go with the flow of life instead of resist it.

It is thanks to your inner exploration and desire to raise your awareness and consciousness of you (your inner core, the inner conflicts that arise, the external, finding harmony between the two, etc.) that you are able to find the best from situations where change and the new are present.  As you gain knowledge of you and choose how to approach any situation that involves change or the new; you also apply transformation in the moment, which in turn gets you to make the best long-term when change and the new come along.

Here are some ways to make the best of change and the new through inner growth.

  1. Every time you are faced with change and/or the new write about three feelings that arise and pay close attention to the presence of resistance in them. Wherever you notice some impediment to flow of the moment, describe in one word why you think that is and then choose on one proactive solution you’re going to take to transform that resistance to flow.

  1. At the end of each year write about one major change and one major new thing in your life. Write about the inner conversations that helped you make the best of each and what stood out for you about your inner conversations the most.

  1. Take the time (once every couple of months or as often as you’d like) to think of what changes and new things you get most excited about and apply the characteristics of these to those changes and new things that you notice you get less excited about.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
