Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Why Inner Growth Gets You To Be At Your Best In The Most Challenging Moments

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Inner growth gets you to be at your best in the most challenging moments thanks to it getting you to turn within and explore your inner core (the essence of you) with the external and all that goes alongside human existence (life).

You are able to discover the best ways to bring forth your power to choose in any moment no matter the circumstances at hand as you explore the role of your psyche (mind), your societal culture and the systems set up around you, as well as uncover the essence of you (those heart-felt feelings you get, your inner core) through inner growth.  You’re empowered thanks to the knowledge you gain of you (and all the pieces to you), and the “testing” you do to find harmony with your inner core (the essence of you) and everything else outside of you that you deal with on a daily basis.

Here are some ways to use inner growth to be at your best in the most challenging moments.

  1. When turmoil strikes take some time to make a list of the things that are bothering you the most about the situation. Pick three things to look at from within and write about the feelings you are noticing most.  Then write one way you can bring about a peaceful resolution to those feelings and apply it each day.

  1. At the end of the year take one of the most challenging moments you went through and write about three ways inner growth helped you to gain knowledge of you and find a solution to the challenging moment you were facing.

  1. Every day take about five minutes to think of anything that drains you (takes energy and focus from you). Find one solution to the chosen thought (the thing that drains you) and visualize the situation being resolved thanks to your solution (and therefore, no longer draining you).

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
