Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Navigating Change & Transformation Through Inner Growth
Navigating change and transformation takes its time and as you approach it with inner growth in mind, it adds to your person and life in ways that will leave you continuously amazed.
As you pursue this inner exploration, you gain a thorough understanding on your feelings and choices when change and/or transformation happens. Also, your heart-to-heart talks give you insights into your inner core’s “why’s” and “what’s”, which strengthen and expand your knowledge of you. This raised consciousness enables you to choose how to navigate change and transformation moving forward.
Here are some ways to navigate change and transformation through inner growth.
- Define change and transformation separately and list (for each word) two to three events that represent the definitions you gave. Notice how the two differ in how you feel about them, as well as how they are similar in what happens when they take place in your life.
- Every time you are faced with change and/or transformation take some time to think about the feelings and thoughts that arise from within (in these moments). Find anything that clashes and doesn’t allow you to experience the moments smoothly. Decide on one way you’re going to try going with the flow with the matter at hand that you’re faced with.
- Once a year take a look at all the change and transformation events you navigated through inner growth. Then write about your biggest lessons from these moments and anything else that stands out to you (and affects your inner growth journey).
