Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Being All That You Can Be
As you pursue an inner growth journey it becomes easier to be all that you can be in the things you do, in how you express yourself, in how you feel about yourself, and so on.
Exploring being all that you can be through inner growth helps you to find that ‘all’; as well as learn to use the external that is a part of your day-to-day to explore your ‘all’ from within and allow your inner core (heart) to come forth as what defines that ‘being all that you can be’.
Here are some ways to be all that you can be through inner growth.
- Once a month take five to ten minutes to describe what ‘being all that you can be’ means to you and how you brought it forth in your day-to-day activities and behavior in the month.
- At the end of the year write about two to three things that happened in the year where you were able to be all that you can be and describe how it felt to do this (bring forth all of you).
- Take the time to write two to five words that include characteristics of being all that you can be. Every so often add to your list and review it to see how your daily life includes these aspects (characteristics) of being all that you can be.
