Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Rising Above A Challenge

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Anytime you’re faced with a challenge, being able to rise above it is an opportunity to bring forth all that you are learning about you through inner growth.

Although challenges are scary to some; when pursuing inner growth, it is quite the opposite.  Since challenges are your chance to learn something about you, it is in these moments that you use that approach to gain knowledge and bring forth the unlimited potential you know you are when you put your mind to it.

Here are some ways to rise above the challenge through inner growth.

  1. When faced with a challenge take five to ten minutes to write out three things that stand out about the challenge. Next to each item write about why it stands out to you and what this indicates about what you’ll learn to overcome (from within, such as an insecurity, doubt, fear, etc.) thanks to the challenge.

  1. Write about the challenges that you faced throughout the year, which gave you a big push in your inner growth journey. What is one common thing you learned throughout all of these challenges that you are now ready to transform thanks to the repeat opportunities to bring forth the best of you in those moments through inner growth.

  1. List two to three things that help you every time you are faced with a challenge. Write about how they transform in time and if there are things that get added to your list as you face challenges.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
