When you associate feelings of weight to effort it creates a sense of buildup that slows you down; but if instead, you remove the weight and render effort effortless, everything changes and becomes a lot lighter to work through and with as you pursue things.

Thanks to inner growth you focus on learning and staying open to what comes your way, which slowly and naturally allows you to pursue this effortless in effort feeling/transformation. However, time to contemplate your own weight and definitions of effort directly (through you and you), also helps along your inner growth journey and to completely transform how you feel about effort as you do things in the moment.

Here are some ways to make the most of effort and effortless through inner growth.

  1. Any time you feel your emotions are focusing on the effort required for you to do something in a way that weighs you down, think of three ways you can transform that effort with effortless feelings that make you feel light.
  1. Define effort with two to five characteristics that make it effortless and add to this list every time you have a life experience where you put this type of effort.
  1. Once a year look back at some of the most important inner growth lessons you learned from contemplating and putting into practice effortless into effort.
