Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Finding Purpose In Extremes & Balances
Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊
Finding the purpose in your extremes and balances from within gets you to not only pursue inner growth, which leads to inner harmony (your balance) and unlocking the unlimited potential that you may achieve through inner harmony, but also share the same with the world.
How you explore your own extremes when you dive in to your inner core brings forth conversations that allow you to arrive at that balance needed to maintain a consistent and positive conversation with yourself as you pursue your day-to-day, your purpose, your potential; while also sharing this same potential and overall potential for balance with others in their extremes.
Here are some ways to find purpose in your extremes and balances thanks to an inner growth dialogue and process.
- Make it a habit to take some time when you notice yourself fixating on an extreme perspective/opinion. As you gain knowledge of your perspective/opinion, add flexibility to it by bringing in a perspective/opinion that contrasts with your own.
- Every year pick a topic that you see has two opposing ends to it and that needs balance to become effective. Write or think about two to three things you can do to achieve that balance from within (inner harmony) and in practice (your day-to-day actions).
- When you find yourself shutting out ideas opposing something you have said or done, list two to three reasons you can accept the differing ideas without making them your own, but simply helping yourself to understand them and their existence (their reason for being).
Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
