Inner Growth Thought of The Day 269 – Working Through Your Emotions

Working through your emotions with inner growth in mind is one way to bring yourself to a place where you are always learning new things (about you and the world you live in) and finding new ways to help your emotions bring the best for you (in anything you do and in life) and from you in emotional moments (where you need that clarity of mind and harmonious state of being to be at your best).

Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Working Through Your Emotions

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

By learning more about you, your inner core and following it through the inner growth process and journey you get to use emotional moments as something that leads you more and more towards the unlimited potential you are, both from within and then brought forth to your day-to-day activities and life.

Here are some ways to work through your emotions with inner growth in the forefront.

  1. Any time you’re going through an emotional moment take the time each day to reflect upon what’s really going on from the depths of you. Have inner talks about your fears, judgements, concerns; and then tune in to your heart from a place of trust in it and decide how you’re going to follow the guidance it provides you on what next steps to take to release the fears, uncertainties, or other emotion that you find needs dealing with and letting go of.

  1. Once a year make a list of all the things you learned about you as you worked through emotional moments in the year. Find your strengths and use them for future emotional moments to work through.

  1. Take the time each day to describe some of the most common emotions you go through throughout the day and connect to them at least one life event that brings about that emotion. Contemplate the event and if you find there’s hurt to make peace with, to send love to, and to move forward from, do so in that moment of contemplation and future ones.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
