Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Everything That You Are In Silence
Everything that you are in silence (from your thoughts to your inner conversations and the depths of those things you live) is a part of you that when explored consciously brings out more of you.
This knowledge and self-discovery through inner growth contemplation leads you in the direction most in tune with you, your inner core (the essence of you brought to life in your day-to-day life). It also allows you to release those things that hold you back and to be your unlimited potential every day more.
Here are some ways to explore everything that you are in silence through inner growth.
- In those moments where you find yourself contemplating choices, relationships, important life events and so on, take some time to pinpoint the emotions you’re feeling and explore the depths of at least one of those emotions/feelings (what other life events come to mind that hold the same feeling, what causes that feeling, where do you think it stems from and why, etc.).
- Every time you find yourself alone notice what thoughts cross your mind more often. Take some time to dig deep into those thoughts and find out what they’re trying to tell you about you, your chosen life path, and heart-felt desires/wants.
- At the end of the year look back to see (bring awareness to) everything you learned about yourself thanks to your moments of silence and exploring them from the depths of youyou’re your inner core (heart).
