In your day-to-day application of exploring within and questioning the things that take place, you uncover all that you are, which includes the worth you attribute to yourself.  As you choose inner growth and expanding the unlimited you know you are in conscious form, you actively choose what worth you will acknowledge yourself to be every day.

Here are some ways to know your worth through inner growth.

  1. Every day take a couple minutes to ask yourself to think of three adjectives that describe your worth in all areas of your life (from personal aspects to your heart-felt passions).

  1. If you find yourself doubting your capabilities or feeling bad about something someone said take the time to remind yourself of your worth. If you know you need to grow your self-worth add to your contemplative moment self-love to remind yourself that everyone is worthy from the heart.

  1. Once a year take the time to pinpoint the most important life events that reminded you of your worth.
