Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Your State Of Mind & Inner Growth

Your state of mind impacts you on all levels; it affects you emotionally, practically, and in everything you do.  When you pursue inner growth in your exploration of your state of mind, you understand those deeper layers to you and are also given the opportunity to make choices of what’s next.

 

As you look to express your unlimited potential and find synergy between your inner core and life pursuits, you decide how to work with you and your state of mind to bring out the best outcome for what you want from the heart in all things life related (your job, your relationships, your business, etc.).

 

Here are some ways to keep you on path with inner growth and your state of mind so that you may achieve the unlimited opportunities and potential that await you.

 

  1. Write two to three states of mind you experience more often throughout the week. For each state of mind, list three ways you react and feel when in that state of mind.  For any reaction or feeling you want to work with, pick one way you’re going to do this and put it into practice throughout your day-to-day.

 

  1. Once a year evaluate your overall state of mind regarding life, your goals, and what you’re grateful for. The areas you find could use some deeper exploration are what you will focus on most in the year ahead by becoming aware of them in the moment and choosing in the moment a different habit, reaction, feeling, something to start the process of transformation you want to see.

 

  1. Pick five things you will focus on to bring your state of mind to where you want it to be when you become aware in the moment that the state of mind you’re experiencing is affecting a situation in a way you don’t want it to.
