Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Inner Growth In Moments Of Deep Pain
When you are going through moments of deep pain or supporting others who are going through these moments your mindset makes a huge difference for you and for you in moments of support.
As you pursue an inner growth mindset and way of life, you will be able to gain lessons from your deep pain moments; and when it comes to helping others in deep pain moments, you will be able to do so in a way that doesn’t take away from you, but that adds to you thanks to the learning, openness, and acceptance that takes place with inner growth in the forefront.
Here are some ways to keep inner growth in mind when in moments of deep pain or supporting others in those moments.
- Whenever deep pain moments take place, take five minutes to simply feel what is going on within. Allow your emotions to flow and when you’re ready, think of at least one thing that can help you go beyond this moment.
- Make a list of five things you love most in life and that always bring you joy. Keep these things handy to support you in how you feel as you go through a deep pain moment or as you support someone who is going through a deep pain moment.
- When you support others in deep pain moments stay centered on things that can keep you in a loving mindset and be in a complete listening mode to try and communicate your support in a way that affects both positively.
