Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Learning From Inner Conflict

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Inner conflict situations bring about reflection and inner conversations that lead to learning when you are pursuing inner growth.

As you uncover your inner core’s (heart) inputs alongside the actions you take, you pinpoint where the harmony between the two resides.  Through this pursuit of balance: you learn about yourself, your inner core’s wants, and make conscious choices that resonate with all aspects of your inner self.

Here are some ways to learn from inner conflict as you pursue inner growth.

  1. When faced with an inner conflict make a list of questions that get you to dig deep on the conflict in itself. Next to each question write one to two answers and notice how they play out when you put those answers to action.

  1. Think of one repeat inner conflict that arises in time and explore in what circumstances it keeps coming up. Notice the similarities between the circumstances to find out what’s the source of the conflict so that you may look to ways to resolve it from within (from the heart).

  1. Define what inner conflict means to you and explore how this definition reflects the inner conflicts you experience from time to time.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
