When repeat patterns take place, sometimes it feels like a setback as you work with yourself day-to-day.

With inner growth in mind though, you realize how the repeat patterns are opportunities for you to test your new ways and continue your progress along your journey.

Here are some things you can do to pursue inner growth as repeat patterns take place in your life.

  1. When faced with a similar challenge, think of two to five different ways you’ve applied in this circumstance from the past; and then think of two new ways you can approach the pattern in the very moment it’s taking place.

  1. Once a year, make a list of the things and situations you notice repeated themselves. As you write the list, pay attention to how your feelings changed in time as you pursued inner growth through each repeat pattern that presented itself.

  1. Any time you feel like you’ve taken a step back from where you want to be with inner growth, take at least five minutes to remind yourself of the progress you’ve made and then decide on what you’re going to do to keep moving forward.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
