Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Being In A State Of Neutrality
Being in a state of neutrality is something everyone has known; and bringing it about through a state of consciousness once you are older is quite the interesting journey.
As you pursue inner growth and gain a stronger sense of your inner core, you also gain knowledge of your inner state of being. This knowledge, accompanied by you actively pursuing different ways to work with yourself to express that complete essence (your core), allows you to know what you can do to be in a state of neutrality.
Here are some ways to pursue a state of neutrality in your day-to-day, along with your inner growth journey.
- Take five minutes in the morning to think of one situation that brings about a sense of peace within you from the core (from the heart). Make it a point to carry that feeling with you throughout the day (in consciousness) as you do your day-to-day stuff.
- When you think of feelings of neutrality list three to five words and actions that come to mind. Once a month take that list and think of what things you took the time to do that reflect those words, actions, and brought about that sense of neutrality within you (emotionally).
- Define how you see yourself achieving a state of neutrality; and at the end of the year take a look at all the things you did as you pursued this state of being, as well as how it affected your goals and expression (of self to the world around you).
