Inner Growth Thought of the Day: What You Seek Is What You Will Find

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Recognizing that what you seek is what you will find takes you on quite the journey.  Not only do you start taking a look at what you are seeking, but it also gets you to reevaluate what it is you really want to seek (time and time again).

When you start getting in tune with your core as you move along your inner growth journey, you also gain consciousness of what you are seeking in the moment and with the two together you are able to make a switch in the moment so that eventually you are seeking primarily from the heart (your core).

Here are some ways to work on awareness in the moment to work with what you seek so that it will follow (find its way to you).

  1. At the end of the day make a note of three to five words you used most often to talk about what you accomplished throughout the day. Add to the list or change the list according to what you want to accomplish from an emotional standpoint throughout the day associated to your accomplishments.

  1. When you look back at the year that went by, list one thing you found your relationships brought to you and see how that reflects what you seek out in your relationships.

  1. Define what life means to you and what it brings your way. With your definition in mind, list three to five ways you seek this out in the things you do day-to-day.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
