Inner Growth Thought of the Day: The Journey To Inspiring Your Highest Potential

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Inspiring your highest potential involves the expression of all that is a part of who you are from the core, your heart, your essence; and sharing it in a way that feels right and is received in its full potential.

This journey takes you on an exploration of you, as well as an acceptance of you, but without excluding the world around you who is who you will express all that you find out (about you) with.

Here are some ways to keep inspiring your highest potential, while pursuing inner growth.

  1. Think of one time you felt at your highest, you were all that you wanted to be in that moment. Hold on to that moment and feeling and bring it back to you in those rough patches when you’re trying to express yourself.

  1. Once a week make a list of five things that happened in the week where you were able to feel you had inspired and expressed the most from you. Notice if there were any commonalities among the five things.

  1. Every year write about how your inner growth journey impacts (directly affects) you in inspiring your highest potential (both in feeling and in practice).

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
