Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Finding Your Potential Every Day

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

Human potential is equal for every person, every day you can express more of what you feel you want to share through your day-to-day life and work.

As you pursue inner growth your mindset allows you to focus on raising your potential based on your own uniqueness thanks to looking within, resolving inner conflict, and following your inner compass, your heart.

Here are some ways to find your potential continuously through your life experiences and reach the heights you wish to reach through this inner growth journey.

  1. Set a challenge a day that leads you to feeling emotionally awestruck at the amazement that you shared through a gesture, your work, a giving action, and so on.

  1. Make a list of what you see your potential being and put down the added potential things you want to see and that you will work towards in a certain timeframe (like a year or six months, or one month).

  1. When you define potential notice what your heart feels (your emotions), write out five words that describe these feelings. Keep those words with you and every time they come up, write down how they related to your potential in that day and situation.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
