Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Following Your Dreams

So many factors contribute to following your dreams, starting with you and your level of self-belief, self-love, stamina, and more.


In the absence of one’s own self there are also external factors that can help you follow your dream, but sometimes those external factors (like support system) aren’t always inclined to push you in the direction of your heart.  This is where your inner growth journey matters the most and will make that difference along your path as you look to ways to follow your dreams.


Here are some things you can do to keep following your dreams.


  1. Think of three to five ways it feels to know you’re on a path that pursues following your dreams. Remember those feelings in moments of doubt.


  1. For the year ahead, list all the things you’re going to do that allow you to follow your dreams.


  1. Every day use one word to describe the essence of your dreams and think about why you chose that word, how it relates to you following your dreams.
