Apologizing is one of those things that can bring about plenty of contemplation, as well as a variety of feelings, depending on your emotional relationship with apologizing.
As you look to learn more about yourself when being in moments where apologizing takes place, you also get to explore what other perspectives, feelings, and insights you can gain.
Here are some ways to further dive into your inner growth exploration when apologizing.
- Every time apologizing arises make a note of your initial feelings and/or reactions and write out the similarities and differences between them.
- On a monthly basis take five minutes or so to make a mental note of what you notice most about your emotional relationship and thought process with apologizing.
