Inner Growth Thought of the Day: How Much Do You Want To Know

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

The depths with which you explore your inner self depend on you and the things that affect you in a way that grabs your attention.

Getting to know the level of insights you want into you, gives you the ability to make choices in how far you want to go to really know or acknowledge and accept the level of knowledge you are willing and interested in learning.

No matter how much you want to know, being aware of it is what gives you that added awareness towards your heart’s desires, which makes things in sync with you.  Here are some ways to keep this in the forefront in the moment.

  1. When you find yourself continuously wondering about certain situations, ask yourself how much digging you’ve done and what else you can do to find out more so that you can figure this situation out (whether through inner conflict solutions or actual solutions to resolve a practical problem).

  1. Make a list of the things you know you know in-depth about yourself and those that you have less in-depth knowledge on. Then decide if you want to keep exploring more of those things and how.

  1. Every time you think something is “easily” explainable (gain all the knowledge you want on it quickly or simply) ask someone who has had a major challenge with that something; and then notice the depths and lengths with which the person will talk about it.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
