Inner Growth Thought of the Day: The Vastness Of Your Thoughts

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

The infinite number of ways a person can think about something are so vast that it’s hard to fathom sometimes; even within ourselves; yet here lies the beauty for those on an inner growth journey.

In realizing how the thoughts you explore and go in-depth on allow you to get a better picture of you and your heart’s path, you also acknowledge the infinite number of ways you can look to work with yourself and anything that comes your way.

Allow the vastness of your thoughts to guide you more and more toward that learning mindset that inspires your highest potential.  Here are some ideas to get you started or to add to what you’re already doing.

  1. Any time you finish a long thought on something that is bothering you or an important decision, something significant and profound, ask yourself one last question. You want the question to lead you to explore the opposite spectrum of what your thoughts on the topic were.

  1. Make a list of the most recurring thoughts you have and every time they come to mind add something new to that thought that you hadn’t thought of before (like a different perspective; you can even have others help by maybe asking them a question about your thought – without saying anything necessarily, just in conversation).

  1. Write out some of the things you used to think were impossible that became possible and explore how that came about. Keep those situations in mind when your next “impossible” thing comes about and evaluate if it may not be as impossible as you think it is.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
