Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Remembering Your Origins

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

There’s an importance in being aware and knowing where you come from, your origins and how they affect your perspective and how far you see yourself to going as you pursue inner growth and more of the things that resonate with your heart.

Thanks to remembering your origins you have a visual of what you can see as part of you and your future.  This means you can also move forward from that visual, that you can add to what you see or remove the limits that are holding you back from how much you inspire to be and do in your life.

Here are some ways to work with your origins to pursuit more along your inner growth journey.

  1. When you’re thinking of goals, objectives, transformations you want to see in your life; alongside this thought acknowledge the environment you have around you at the moment and ask yourself how it plays a role in helping you achieve these set goals, objectives and transformations.

  1. Identify the perspective you have, and your loved ones have on how far a person can go in life. Place that perspective next to how you feel about the goals you’ve set. What stands out?

  1. Every time you have a new idea of something you’d like to achieve or do, ask yourself in the moment how far you see yourself going with this idea. Then, ask yourself to go even further, how far can you stretch where you can see this idea going (how it could play out or not, and so on).

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
