Inner Growth Thought of the Day: The Elixir Of Life

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

What the elixir of life means to you, and what it entails, depends on that which is a part of the essence of life for you and your appreciation for life experiences, as well as what you are grateful for in those moments and in the possibility of living another day.

When you’re on an inner growth journey, you are inclined to have a learning mindset, which means you are always in an inner child mode of learning and appreciation; everything is a novelty and can inspire your highest potential.  When this is the case there comes that moment where day after day, the depth of that day, its essence, and all that it adds to you, your life, and your own heart’s expression is something that you are aware of and that becomes that daily elixir of life that fuels you even more.

Here are some ways that can help uncover your elixir of life and integrate a daily dose of it as you pursue your inner growth.

  1. Every day, as soon as you wake up, take five minutes think about one amazing feeling you experienced the day before. Give yourself the time to fully feel it and appreciate it, then imagine you hadn’t had the possibility to feel that feeling, how would this change your life.

  1. Once a week make a list of the different feelings you got to experience (both “good” and “bad”) and next to each feeling place one word that represents the most important component of that feeling (maybe it was a person, or the situation, thought, result, whatever word comes to mind).

  1. Think of one new thing you discover about yourself each day and next to that thing you learned think of who, what, why or how that discovery came to be.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
