Endless and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: What is something endless to me? How does endless play a role in my life? What are some things or feelings that are endless to me? How has my idea of what is endless affected my life? What role does endless play in my relationships? One of my biggest takeaways from an endless feeling I’ve had my entire life?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with endless at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. Now think of one to three things that are endless to you and write about the one you find most important to you and where you are today. Use the words form your list to write about this event.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about endless thoughts or feelings and notice how your emotions transform as you contemplate these things. Pay close attention to where your feelings arise and how they flow throughout you. If any emotions seem to be more obvious in certain areas of you, bring your attention to them and once you’ve captured their meaning visualize them moving along.
