Manifest in a sentence: What you manifest in your life and your day-to-day gives you insights into you that will lead you to where you want to be.
Manifest in action: To feel something and express it through an expression or a behavior is to manifest.
Manifest and inner growth: There are different thoughts about what it means to manifest; and they all involve inner growth as you gain that knowledge of yourself when you look to the things you manifest.
Manifest and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: What’s my definition of manifest? How have I learned from the things I manifest? What characteristics do I manifest the most in my life? When did I first think about the word manifest and in what context was it? Who has influenced how I manifest emotions and behaviors in time? How has my relationship with the idea of manifesting changed in time?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with manifest at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. Write about what manifest means to you with your list of words and include the first time you contemplated this specific word, what brought it about and how it affected you moving forward.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about when you manifest something and notice what thoughts come to mind initially, as well as how your emotions change depending on the thought that crosses your mind. As you do this, pay close attention to the flow of your emotions and if you notice any settling in certain places, stop and focus on the thought at hand while visualizing the feelings flowing more evenly, like a river’s flow on a sunny day.
