Action and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: What does it mean to me to take action? What types of actions do I usually take day to day? How have my actions changed my life? How have my actions affected my relationships? Why have my actions changed in time? Who influences my actions? When did I first explore the actions I take?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with action at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. From this list think of two things you take action on every day and write about them with the words from list. Notice what stands out most about these actions.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about when you take action and allow them to flow, while noticing where they start and where they go. As you do this try to focus on the emotions first, then when you’re ready allow thoughts to come in and pay close attention to those thoughts that bring about a positive emotional response.
