Inner Growth Word of the Day: Boundless
Merriam-Webster Dictionary definition: (adj.) having no boundaries.
Boundless in a sentence: When you are boundless there’s nothing you can’t do.
Boundless in action: In the absence of barriers you have no obstacles to put forth what you decided on and that is boundless.
Boundless and inner growth: Exploring how you feel about being boundless in life assists inner growth because it brings out into the open those boundaries you sense are stopping you from something. With that awareness you are now able to make steps and remove your barriers.
Boundless and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: When did I first think about the idea of being boundless? When did I first experience being boundless? How has being boundless or not being boundless affected my relationships? What circumstances make me feel like I am boundless? What situations do the opposite and how do I change those situations so that I am once again boundless?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with boundless at the center and then list or put around it all the words that come to mind associated with it. From this list think of two situations where you were boundless and write about the one that provokes the bigger emotional response.
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about when you are boundless and notice how your emotions flow, where thy go, where they settle, and so forth. As you do this think of the first time you felt boundless and note how your emotions change and if the flow changes too.
