Chaos and inner growth: Exploring the feelings that arise in a situation of chaos can lead you to understand your relationship with unpredictable scenarios and being put under pressure.  Thought to your relationship with chaos also helps you to learn more how you deal, on a deeper level, with uncertainty.  These types of explorations bring to inner growth as you become aware of your inner self and chaos, as well as think of ways to handle chaos.

Chaos and inner growth action steps:

  1. In-depth self-exploration questions: How do I feel about chaos? When did chaos first strike in my life?  What types of chaos have I experienced?  How has chaos affected my life?  What role does chaos play in my relationships?  What feeling stands out the most when I think of chaos?  How do I handle chaos when it happens?

  1. List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with chaos at the center and then list or put around it all the other words that come to mind associated with it. From this list pick three words that remind you of one situation of chaos you’ve been through.  Then use the rest of the words to write about this situation.

  1. Bring your awareness to your feelings about chaos and allow them to flow freely. Don’t think of any situation in particular, but just focus on where your emotions are coming from and going, and what they are trying to say.  Hone in on those feelings that stand out the most and see what you can make of them.
