Searching and inner growth action steps:
- In-depth self-exploration questions: How do you feel about searching? What have I learned about myself and the things I search for? When was the first time I thought about something I was searching for? How has searching affected my life? How has searching played a role in the relationships I build? What would I change about searching and why?
- List or word bubble: Make a list or word bubble with searching at the center and then list or put around it all the other words that come to mind associated with it. From this list pick the three words that are most meaningful to you and write about why they are so meaningful (in relation to searching).
- Bring your awareness to your feelings about searching and allow them to speak to you. Sit in silence with your feelings for at least five minutes if possible. After that allow thoughts to come in too and focus on one thought or searching scenario that comes to mind at a time. Let the feelings from that thought also have the time to express themselves and then move on to another thought and feeling.
