An inner growth journey and mindset allows you to understand your hidden emotions from the depths of you for the inner core exploration and raising of consciousness that inner growth gets you to embark on (daily, in different moments, and long-term).

Unexplored hidden emotions affect you in ways that limit your potential, but thanks to finally taking steps to acknowledge them from your inner core you start the process of working through them with the trust in you, your inner core, and your heart to find the best way that you can process, release, and bring unconditional love to them.  Not only are your hidden emotions no longer hidden, but your inner insights add to the expansion of you and unlimited potential.

Here are some ways to use inner growth to understand hidden emotions and work through them from the depths of you with your heart and inner core leading the way.

  1. Periodically throughout a year take some time to explore any important event that has taken place that cause emotional responses you weren’t familiar with or not clear on 100% where they stem from. In this exploration pin point what feelings you experienced by using words to describe those feelings and associate the event that brought them up.  Next decide one or two things you’re going to do to release the hidden emotion(s) from a place of unconditional love.

  1. At the end of the year think of the one emotion you experienced most in the work setting and your day-to-day. Identify what the emotion is by using one or two words to describe what it represents to you.  Next, ask yourself if this is the emotion you want to experience most in your life.  If yes, continue bringing forth this emotion through your inner growth transformation and if not, decide on one or two things you’re going to do to bring forth the emotion you want to experience most in your life to your work setting and day-to-day.

  1. When you’re taken by surprise in a way you react and feel about something or someone, take the chance to allow your emotions to flow, but also turn inner exploration on in the moment and start exploring this reaction from the human component and where you believe the emotions are coming from. Once you have enough knowledge of the pieces, think of one way to bring forth transformation in the moment and keep at it, until you come to full closure.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
