Exploring why you choose what you choose from the heart means knowing why from your inner core and this enables you to understand reactions, feelings, as well as alternative options that you may have if you are not satisfied with your why’s or what’s or just when you find that something’s off with your choice long-term.

Inner growth gets you to dig deep within for your answers; which brings forth complete consciousness of why you’re going down one route.  Once you have the knowledge and awareness you tap in to that unlimited potential you have to choose differently.

Here are some ways to explore why you choose what you choose from the heart through your inner growth journey.

  1. Take five or ten minutes to find out how you feel about something you’re choosing or something you’ve chosen, but that is causing some doubts. With your feelings in the forefront, visualize the choice that brings you to feel even more in tune with what can come from your choice.  If you see the feeling isn’t harmonious in some way think of an alternative choice and let it play out a bit before taking the time to explore it (at a later time with enough data from experiences that have come from the alternative choice).

  1. Every end of the year take time to make a list of the top two to five choices you consciously made throughout the year. Write about how raising your awareness brought you to gain knowledge of your inner core’s reasons for making those choices.

  1. When reconsidering or doubting a choice you’ve made or are about to make, list three things that stand out about your doubt. Next to each doubt put in place the solution required to remove the doubt, if your solutions are not in sync with the choice at hand find an alternative choice to substitute your existing one.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
