The support you need to move on isn’t always easy to find when you look to the external; when you look within however, it’s a whole different story. Your inner core (your heart, the essence of you) gives you all the support you need and more, once you start allowing it to support you and not someone or something else.

Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Finding The Support You Need To Move On

The support you need to move on isn’t always easy to find when you look to the external; when you look within however, it’s a whole different story.  Your inner core (your heart, the essence of you) gives you all the support you need and more, once you start allowing it to support you and not someone or something else.

 

Through your inner growth journey, you find the support you need to move on from within (inner core, heart, the essence of you) because in the moments you’re looking to move on from, you are doing the inner exploration that comes with inner growth when faced with a “challenge”.  As you gain knowledge and understanding of your inner core, you start seeing all the answers it holds for you and that you were looking for.  These findings lead you more and more down the path of inner guidance as your primary support system, and everything else that comes your way to support becomes a plus.

 

Here are some ways to find the support you need to move on through inner growth and allow this inner exploration to bring the leader from within, out to stand at your side always.

 

  1. When you notice you are having a moment where you feel extremely alone (like you don’t belong or there’s no one you can turn to), turn within and think about two to three situations where you shared support that helped someone else going through a similar moment. Next, remind yourself how you can bring the same support and love to you, and then decide on one thing you are going to do that you are very passionate about and that always makes you happy, and go do it.

 

  1. Pay attention to how you feel about the word support and write about those feelings once a month or every time the topic comes up for you. Any areas where you notice your feelings are expressing sadness, anger, hostility, anything opposite harmony and inner peace; take a deep dive within (inner exploration) to find out why that is.  Next decide on one way you’re going to bring yourself the support you’re seeking outside of you from within you (from your inner core) instead.

 

  1. At the end of a year take one of the moments you were able to find support from within you to move on thanks to applying an inner growth mindset and process to the moment. Describe what aha moments you had and what you’re going to try out that’s new in the new year to keep growing your inner core’s support in these moments.
