Inner Growth Thought of the Day: It Ain’t Over Till It’s Over

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

The beauty of an inner growth mindset is that it gets you to know from your inner core that reaching your unlimited potential is never over till you decide it’s over.

Thanks to your journey you find yourself going within (to those deep parts of you) when you question if something you are pursuing from the heart is “over” and what you uncover in moments of feeling like it’s over will get you to go that extra step to put into practice a new pattern, letting go completely of your blocks, and uncover any hidden hurt you had yet to find due the multifaceted nature of our within (inner core, heart, the layers to the essence of you). & your power, your choice, always.

Here are some ways to use inner growth to remember that it ain’t over till it’s over and to continue on your chosen path.

  1. Anytime you find yourself thinking you’re done with something that you were pursuing from the heart, identify three reasons why you believe this. For each reason you identify ask yourself what feeling is involved, do insecurities have anything to do with it, and what role the external is playing.  If you find there are no concrete obstacles to your pursuit, then ask yourself what you’re really afraid of from the heart (inner core).  Your answers will let you know what you need to work through that is holding you back.

  1. Every day take five minutes to remind yourself through one of your successes why nothing is over unless you decide it’s over. Use this morning thought, contemplative moment, to accompany you throughout the day, particularly when challenges arise.

  1. At the end of each year write about one of the most important events that took place where you were faced with the question “it ain’t over till it’s over” (a crossroads situation involving the unknown future of a project, goal, or other heart-felt pursuit) and how being on an inner growth journey helped you stay at your best in the moment, as well as learn from it.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
