Inner Growth Thought of the Day: The Existence Of Duality In Neutrality

Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊

As you realize that every life moment is a moment lived, you recognize what duality brings to life, to emotions, to situations, and your inner growth.

Exploring the existence of duality is what brings you to neutrality seeing as without contrasts you would not experience, you would not contemplate, you would not consciously choose.  As you see that in the absence of contrasts there would not be an inner exploration, a comparison, a choice, bring the existence of duality in neutrality.

Here are some ways to look to contrasts in a way that brings inner growth and enables you to experience duality in neutrality.

  1. Make a list every month of the contrasts you experience (be them emotions, thoughts, events) and find two to three things they uncover (bring forth) of your inner core.

  1. Pick a set of extremes you seem to go through cyclically throughout the week or month and find what one extreme brings to the other; next apply your unique neutrality to the pair.

  1. Once a year take a look back at the most important contrast experiences that defined a good chunk of how the year went. Write about how you benefited from the contrasts, what you learned about you, and how transformation through inner growth brought you to experience neutrality in the moment of the contrasts.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
