Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Letting Go Of Deep Fears Through Inner Growth

Letting go of deep fears means finding them first, and thanks to inner growth you begin that journey slowly.  A slow and steady progress gives you the chance to dig deep and gain the knowledge of every component to any fear, no matter how deep, that you hold within.

As you achieve experiences and contemplative moments through the inner growth process you uncover all the parts to you and start learning to tune in to your inner core more (your heart’s messages) and to make sense of the essence of you that speaks to you.  This inner knowledge allows you to let go of the deeper fears because you gain the insights to you that tend to hide beneath the surface, which help you understand the fears completely.  You also acquire the love and trust in you that you need to bring them to the surface and transform them.

Here are some ways to let go of deeper fears through inner growth.

  1. Start a list of your fears (the ones you acknowledge) and pick one of them to work through first. Write out three ways you’re going to learn about it, allow it to express itself and bring forth actions and feelings that get you to transform and let go of it.

  1. Once a year take a look back at any event that stands out that involved a deep fear you uncovered. Look to how your inner exploration helped you bring love and comfort into the picture. Use that life experience to help you in future moments of fear.

  1. Define deep fear to you and describe what it’s like feeling wise. Next to each feeling you list write the opposite feeling that can bring you to let go of the fear and/or feel unafraid.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
