Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Life Events Through Inner Growth
As you live life and different life events through inner growth, you are able to decipher your filters and inner core’s messages (in due time). As you learn from these events you bring the best of you forward, find synergy, and apply all that you acquire in future moments; always adding to your person, knowledge, and life moments.
An inner growth mindset keeps you focused on gaining that knowledge you need to bring about the transformation you want to see for your higher potential to come forward in any life event that comes your way.
Here are some ways to bring inner growth to any life event that takes place.
- When you find yourself contemplating a life event list the first two to three feelings that you perceive/that come to mind. Sit in silence for about five minutes (clear your mind) and then go back to your two to three feelings and describe them (where are they coming from, why are they there, what do they mean, what solution/problem are you facing, etc.).
- Once a year think about all the life events you used an inner growth approach to and all the ones you didn’t. List the differences and the outcomes, as well as what you learn about you and what decisions you made on moving forward.
- Anytime you think a life event is negative or has no use to you, write about three things that event brings your way and explore how your life would be different in the absence of these three things. Next, what does this exploration show you/reveal about what you did learn thanks to this life event taking place.
