Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Dealing With Challenges In Conveying Your Heart-Felt Messages

The challenges you face in finding the perfect match to convey your heart-felt messages to the world and those around you are all in service of inner growth once you embark on the journey.  The more you pursue this inner search, the more you grow closer to finding how best to convey your heart-felt messages in the moment.

As you explore the challenges you face when conveying a heart-felt message, you ponder through and through those areas that you still question.  This exploration enables you to be sure of your heart-felt message before expressing it.  Also, thanks to inner growth, you remove expectations from the outside world and become an observer, a “learner” of their perspectives.  This learning and observation adds to your knowledge for conveying a heart-felt message; and it gives you additional ways to test presenting your heart-felt message until you strike that harmonious inner and outer balance.

Here are some ways to apply inner growth in moments of challenges when conveying or wanting to convey a heart-felt message.

  1. Make a list of two to five reasons why you are struggling to speak your heart. For each reason find the doubt that is holding you back.  Then decide on one solution that you’re going to test to remove the doubt.

  1. Once a year describe what the hardest part of conveying a heart-felt message was for you and look to the solution you found worked for you (and conveying your heart-felt message). Write two to three ways your experience benefited you.

  1. Every time you encounter someone who understands something completely opposite of the conveyed heart-felt message you share with them, write about their understanding and find what things match up with what you were saying. Then look to ways to express your message using the language the other speaks and notice how this changes the person’s understanding of your heart-felt message.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
