- Take five minutes to list what hurts most of the challenge you are facing and find one example of a similar situation you experienced or witnessed that was overcome in the most unexpected way.
- Make a list of five strengths you have that always come to your aid in those tough moments. Use those strengths when faced with a challenge and write about how this helped you in the moment.
- Once a year write about the most interesting discovery you made about your desire to move forward in something when you were at your lowest.
