Battling your inner battles is an interesting and expansive experience when done through inner growth. Your inner exploration allows you to uncover the reasons for the battles, which also means the solutions to the battles.
It goes a step further for your battles when you also use inner growth to transform the way you experience a battle in the moment. This happens naturally, as you uncover all there is to know about you, what your emotions are telling you about those deeper layers and hidden messages that your heart wishes to share, so that you can release and take another step towards being at your unlimited potential even in a moment of “battle”.
Here are some ways to continuously explore your inner battles through “battle”, but with inner growth in the forefront and as your foundation.
- When you are battling an inner battle, take five minutes to write about what’s bothering you the most about it and list two to three things that stand out about how your inner core feels about the situation.
- Write two to three ways you work on allowing your inner battles to take their course in an emotional sense. If you spot any resistance as you write about these ways, write a bit about what’s this feeling you’re getting and how it applies to you trying to allow your emotions to flow in moments of inner turmoil.
- Every time you move to a next phase of battling an inner battle, write two to three things you learned most about yourself and how they help you express more of your inner core and unlimited potential.
