During rough times, the painful moments that take place from time to time, you can always make the best of it thanks to an inner growth mindset.

As you seek the opportunities behind these vulnerable moments, you uncover layers to you that you can work with and pursue transformation with moving forward; a transformation that leads you to allow your feelings to flow during painful moments, but also, that gets you to let go of what’s holding you back when going through a rough moment.

Here are some ways to make the best of painful moments so that you may continue pursuing your unlimited potential.

  1. Make a list of the questions that come to mind when you’re going through painful moments. Pay attention to what commonalities your questions have and notice how you feel about these.

  1. Write two to three things you can focus on to transform a painful situation into one that explores your inner core’s solutions to moving through it and learning from it.

  1. Once a year take a look at how painful situations affected your inner growth and list two to three things you learned about yourself.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
