Inner Growth Thought of the Day: What You Seek Is Seeking You
Tune in to the Inspiring Human Potential podcast on Anchor to hear more on the topic 😊
When you look back at past events and situations that play out in your day-to-day; sometimes what is seeking you, isn’t exactly what you are consciously seeking; or sometimes what you are seeking, is seeking you exactly as you are seeking it.
As you pursue your inner growth journey you find out why the difference in what you seek and what seeks you; and as you gain a deeper understanding and acknowledgement of the depths of you, you start working with what you seek so that what is seeking you matches what your inner core speaks and what you consciously envision to be your path completely.
Here are some ways to explore what you seek from an inner growth perspective and bring about a match with what is seeking you or further contemplation when there isn’t a match.
- List five things that seek you out repeatedly. Out of the five, which ones did you expect to come to be and which ones did you not expect to come to be. Explore the ones you didn’t want and choose how you are going to substitute them with things you do want. As for the ones you expected, write about how you knew and your biggest inner growth lesson from exploring them.
- Once a year take the time to write out two things you’d like to see take place, and at the end of the year explore how these two things came to be and if they didn’t why not.
- Every time you notice something that seeks you out that you don’t want, something that hits a nerve, write out five reasons you believe this something found you and what you can learn from it moving forward.
Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
