Major life changes are not always the easiest to take on at times and adapt to; in fact, many people resist change. However, when it comes to changes that make a huge impact on your life, usually there’s a deep knowing that accompanies it.

Inner Growth Thought of the Day: Major Life Changes & Deep Knowing

Major life changes are not always the easiest to take on at times and adapt to; in fact, many people resist change.  However, when it comes to changes that make a huge impact on your life, usually there’s a deep knowing that accompanies it.

 

With inner growth as part of your mindset and journey you uncover your deep knowing more and more as you tune in to your inner core and strip away the layers that cover and confuse it.  The questions and answers you get from this inner growth process don’t mean your deep knowing will be crystal clear to what major life changes are going to take place; but they do allow you to tap in to enough of your deep knowing feeling and essence to have a good idea.

 

Here are some ways to explore major life changes and deep knowing through inner growth.

 

  1. When you notice something big is about to happen in your life, write five words to describe the feelings that come about; and for each word that describes a feeling, also write about the scenario you’re thinking about in that moment. When the major event is over, go over your list of scenarios and notice which ones were spot on with what happened and which ones weren’t, and why.

 

  1. At the end of each year make a list of major life changes that took place and next to each write the deep knowing you had about the event before it happened. Use this exercise to pick up on cues your deep knowing is trying to share with you about the major life change.

 

  1. Take five minutes a day to differentiate between fear thoughts and feelings and deep knowing thoughts and feelings by using one of the major life changes that took place to you in the past (at the beginning of your inner growth journey when you identified your fear layer).
