Navigating the process of life can get overwhelming at times. All the unanswered questions and different answers to the same question, which bring about a continued search for answers to the things that happen, for an ultimate answer, or just something that gives sense to it all. Through inner growth you get to navigate the process of life from within; this makes things much easier and clearer because it removes the confusion that comes from the external.

Thanks to your inner focus along the inner growth journey, you find your answers from your inner core and pursue those heart-felt answers moving forward in life.  This ability, accompanied with the learning and open mindset that comes from pursuing inner growth, gives you the edge in seeing all the process of life has to offer you.  Not only do you get to unlock your unlimited potential as you go through life, but you also get to share it with the world.

Here are some ways to navigate the process of life through inner growth.

  1. Any time you are faced with a life process that you question, write down the first three answers that come to mind. Next take five minutes to write about each answer and pay attention to the feelings that arise from within (gut feeling, heart/sense of comfort feeling, fear feeling, doubt feeling, etc.) for each answer.  The answer that contains more feelings of flow associated to it, like a match made in heaven, is what you want to further investigate.

  1. Once a year take a look at what life processes took place and how you reacted to them. Make a list of what you noticed most about your reactions (were you open to learning, closed off, resisting change, fearful, doubtful, in synergy with your inner core, etc.).

  1. Take ten minutes a week to choose three ways you’re going to be more conscious of your inner core’s answers to questions on life processes that you experience weekly and that impact you the most.

Your turn – Share your inner growth thought of the day, a sentence, life examples, or action steps you take with new beginnings 😊
